TSG Cares Initiative
My family has grappled with numerous hurdles, but none as poignant as my brother's Young Onset Parkinson's Disease. Tidewater Solutions Group's Cares division aims to aid affected families by raising funds for research and providing support, collaborating with local organizations to help provide assistance to individuals and families coping with the everyday struggles of this disease.

Our Why
For over a decade, my brother, Ryan Dunahue, sought a diagnosis, consulting specialists throughout the East Coast. In 2023, he was finally diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease (YOPD) after numerous rounds of tests. Despite being in his 40s with a young family, Parkinson’s isn't exclusive to the elderly. And while Ryan battles the various symptoms of his Parkinson's, his focus still remains on what is most important- his faith and his family. With a loving wife and two precocious young girls, he looks forward to the many years ahead, no matter how much of a fight it may be.

In tandem with our family, Tidewater Solutions Group is dedicated to aiding organizations combatting Parkinson's Disease. Our mission encompasses finding a cure, advancing treatments, and providing holistic support. Collaborating with the Parkinson’s Foundation, the Michael J Fox Foundation, and Parkinson Place we aim to offer compassionate care to affected individuals and families.

We wholeheartedly support the pursuit of a cure and stand with our loved ones and all caregivers in their quest for peace amidst constant change.

Naples Charity Clays
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported the 4th Annual Naples Charity Clays in honor of Michael Dwyer and his family! Held on Saturday, March 1st, at Gulf Coast Clays in Naples, the event was a fantastic day filled with excitement, camaraderie, and plenty of broken targets—all for a great cause. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our participants and supporters, we raised over $7,500 for the Parkinson’s Foundation, helping to fund critical research and resources for those affected. With such an amazing turnout and impact, planning is already underway for next year’s event. We can’t wait to see you all again in 2026!

Celebrating Community, Joy, and Movement with pdLife
On December 15, 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to join Angela Watkins, Development Manager with the Parkinson’s Foundation - Florida Chapter, to present a Parkinson’s Foundation Community Grant to pdLife. This organization is a true game-changer—creating a vibrant, supportive community filled with joy and movement for those impacted by Parkinson’s in the Greater Tampa Bay area. Witnessing their impact firsthand at their Holiday Party was both inspiring and humbling. A huge thank you to pdLife for the vital work you do, and to Angela Watkins and the Parkinson’s Foundation for championing organizations that make such a profound difference in the lives of so many.
